英伟达宣布完成对预测 AI 软件公司 Kumo AI 的收购，交易金额超 4 亿美元。据Odaily星球日报报道，本次并购将拓宽英伟达 AI 软件业务边界，巩固其在企业级预测分析领域的行业优势。Kumo AI 创立于 2022 年，自研基础模型可对接企业数据仓库结构化数据，落地客户流失预判、反欺诈、供需测算、风控审核、智能产品推荐等多项商业化场景。消息显示，Kumo AI 创始团队已于上月正式入职英伟达。
