SMIC Issues New Shares Under Equity Plan

SMIC announced on June 4, 2026, that it has issued new shares to non-director participants under its equity plan. According to Jin10, on June 2, the company issued 1,916 shares at HKD 22.41 per share. On June 3, another 1,000 shares were issued at the same price. On June 4, 3,158 shares were issued at HKD 0.031 per share. As of June 4, the total number of issued shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has increased to 6,013,932,328 shares, while the total number of issued shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market remains unchanged at 1,999,562,549 shares.
