The fund, which tokenizes real estate assets using Goldman Sachs' blockchain platform GS DAP, aims to enhance operational efficiency and transparency. Infrastructure provider Ownera and real estate investment manager LRC Group are also involved in the initiative. The fund combines blockchain-native issuance with established fund structures, facilitating connectivity and distribution through Ownera and Archax, while Apex Group provides fund administration services.
