高盛（Goldman Sachs）与Apex Group和数字资产交易所Archax合作，推出区块链原生房地产基金。据CoinDesk报道，该基金通过高盛的区块链平台GS DAP进行代币化，旨在提高运营效率和透明度，同时保持强有力的治理和监管监督。Ownera和LRC Group也参与其中，LRC Group担任基金经理，Archax为托管方。
