Bitcoin Holders Shift to Long-Term Investments, Says CryptoQuant Founder

CryptoQuant founder Ki Young Ju has noted a significant shift in Bitcoin holding patterns. According to Odaily, despite Bitcoin's price remaining similar to two years ago, the structure of its holders has changed considerably. Data reveals that investors holding Bitcoin for 6 months to 2 years now account for 53% of Bitcoin's realized market value, up from 15% two years ago. Ki Young Ju highlighted that during the last cycle, this figure reached 68% when Bitcoin hit its lowest point. He believes this indicates a trend where short-term holders are gradually becoming long-term investors.
