据 ChainCatcher 报道，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）于 6 月 4 日宣布废除实施近 30 年的“不否认”政策。该政策自 1998 年起要求被告在和解时承诺不公开否认 CFTC 的指控。CFTC 主席迈克·塞利格表示，此举与政府各监管机构的整体方向一致，并赋予委员会在执法和解中更大的灵活性。此前，SEC 已于 5 月率先废除类似政策。
