五矿资源：拟通过供股发行筹资90亿港元

6月4日讯，五矿资源(01208.HK)港交所公告：本公司拟透过供股发行3,465,432,486股供股股份，按认购价每股供股股份2.62港元筹集约90.79亿港元。供股所得款项净额将用于偿还现有债务，此举将使本公司可动用其他资金，以更好地支持本公司经营矿山的持续开发。
