Aave community votes to approve ARFC proposal to increase bridging USDC reserve factor in all deployments

On June 3rd, according to the Snapshot governance page, the Aave community voted to "increase the bridging USDC reserve factor in all deployments" ARFC proposal, which will gradually increase the bridging USDC (USDC.e and USDbC) reserve factor (RF) in Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, and Base Aave deployments.
