Coinbase Chief Legal Officer: We are prepared for the ongoing progress of the SEC case

On March 27th, Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paulgrewal. eth stated that today the court has decided that our case with the SEC will continue to advance most of the claims, but has rejected the claim against Coinbase Wallet. We are prepared for this and look forward to learning more about the SEC's internal views and discussions on cryptocurrency regulation. We encourage Congress to build on last year's momentum and advance comprehensive digital asset legislation in the United States. We also agree with the court's understanding that technological innovations such as Coinbase wallets will not and cannot involve US securities law.
