6月2日讯，虽然在周日的大会上，欧佩克+已经正式同意将“自愿减产措施”延长至2024年底，但两位欧佩克消息人士表示，欧佩克+将在2024年10月至2025年9月期间逐步取消每日220万桶的自愿减产措施。欧佩克内部有两种“自愿减产协议”，一个是补偿性减产措施 (图示顶层：上述提到的220万桶/日)，影响到未进行足额自愿减产的成员国；第二类为所谓的补偿性减产措施，影响到未能执行官方减产措施的少数几个国家 (图示第二层：这部分产能约为166万桶/日)，消息人士称，第二种减产协议将在2025年全年保持有效。
