On June 2, Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun delivered a keynote speech at the Shangri-La Dialogue on "China's Global Security Concept". Dong Jun said that the development achievements and stability in the Asia-Pacific region are hard-won and are the result of the common wisdom and joint efforts of the people of all countries in the region, which needs to be cherished.
