21Shares has updated its S-1 registration application for the Ethereum Spot ETF, renaming the fund from "Ark 21Shares Ethereum ETF" to "21Shares Core Ethereum ETF". Previously, it was reported that ARK Invest has ended its cooperation with 21Shares and will no longer participate in the ETF project.
