On May 31st, according to the Snapshot governance page, the Aave community initiated an "Increase Bridge USDC Reserve Factor in All Deployments" ARFC proposal vote, proposing to gradually increase the reserve factor (RF) of bridge USDC (USDC.e and USDbC) in Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, and Base Aave deployments.
