AirNet Technology Inc. announced that it has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with an unaffiliated third party to purchase 6,218 Bitcoin mining machines, the S21, yesterday. The total purchase price of these mining machines is approximately RMB 177.20 million yuan.
It is reported that Yuehang Sunshine Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on April 12, 2007 and is a leading out-of-home advertising platform operator for mid-to-high-end consumers in China. The company owns a network of digital photo frames and digital TV screens at the airport, through which it sells advertising slots and advertising spaces to advertisers, including direct advertisers and advertising agencies.
