Grab, a multifunctional online service platform in South East Asia, today announced that it will stop providing e-wallet services in Vietnam, which was launched in 2018 in a strategic partnership with local payment company Moca. From July 1, the change will affect the Moca app and Grab's app in Vietnam. The partnership includes Moca providing payment intermediary services for all Grab's businesses in Vietnam. Users will receive a refund for the remaining balance. In addition, Grab users will still be able to make cashless payments using bank cards, ZaloPay accounts, and MoMo accounts.
