中基协要求私募就专职员工不足5人或高管缺位情况进行自查整改

5月31日讯，中国证券投资基金业协会向部分私募管理人发布通知，要求其对专职员工不足5人或存在高管缺位的情况进行自查整改。通知称，根据《私募投资基金登记备案办法》（简称《登记备案办法》）第八条规定，私募基金管理人专职员工应不少于5人。同时，《私募基金管理人登记指引第1号-基本经营要求》第九条已对“专职员工”范围进行明确界定。
