该报告还称，仅美国“就将受到制裁的与加密货币犯罪相关的实体和个人的数量增加了两倍”。然而，与朝鲜有关的黑客窃取的资金比2022年减少了30%，黑客收益从2022年的37亿美元下降了50%以上，降至18亿美元。
