Bitlayer Halving hardfork upgrade

On May 30, Bitcoin's native two-layer network Bitlayer said on the X platform that it has completed the main network launch of Halving hardfork, and the version has been upgraded from V1.0 to V1.1.2. After this upgrade is completed, Bitlayer will add support for the following Cancun EIP protocols: EIP-1153 "Transient Storage", EIP-5656 (MCOPY opcode), and EIP-6780 SELFDESTRUCT (only in the same transaction).
