华夏基金(香港)加密资产管理主管朱皓康在第19届亚洲投资峰会上透露，华夏香港在资产代币化STO和合规稳定币生态等领域积极探索。朱皓康表示，香港在过去两年推出了一系列支持加密资产行业发展的政策和监管措施,走在了世界前列。自去年底发布虚拟资产宣言以来，香港成立Web3.0协会，启动数码港元计划，香港证监会推进虚拟资产服务提供者（“VASP”）牌照制度，金管局更推出包括稳定币在内的三个金融科技创新沙盒。
