On May 29th, Optimism posted on the X platform that the revenue from the Superchain sorter will be used for Retro Funding. In May, the total contribution from all members of the Superchain was about 812 ETH. In addition to the OP Collective distribution, the Retro Funding fund pool mainly comes from two sources:
- 100% OP Mainnet profit;
- 2.5% sorter revenue or 15% sorter profit for each hyperchain member, whichever is higher.
