OKX and Malta regulatory authorities reached a settlement agreement of approximately 300000 euros last month

On March 27th, it was reported that OKX reached a settlement agreement of 304000 euros (approximately 329000 US dollars) with the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) regarding its subsidiary Okcoin Europe last month. In addition, OKX and MFSA have reached agreement on multiple measures, including appointing independent third-party service providers to review the adequacy of corporate governance arrangements.
