联想集团：与沙特主权财富基金子公司签订战略合作协议 并向其发行20亿美元无息可转债

5月29日讯，联想集团(00992.HK)公告：与Alat（沙特主权财富基金Public Investment Fund子公司）订立战略合作框架协议。战略合作框架协议为本公司与Alat进行全面业务合作的框架协议，旨在扩展本公司在中东和非洲地区的业务。除战略合作框架协议外，本公司与Alat亦订立债券认购协议，据此本公司将向Alat发行20亿美元的零息可换股债券。
