江苏全省13个设区市首套和二套房贷最低首付比例分别调整为15%和25%

5月28日讯，自5月27日起，江苏全省13个设区市首套和二套房贷最低首付比例分别调整为15%和25%；同时，截至5月28日，南京、苏州、无锡、南通、扬州、泰州、连云港、盐城、淮安、宿迁10个设区市已取消首套和二套房贷利率下限，其他设区市政府正在研究或履行相关程序。单笔贷款具体首付比例和利率，由商业银行根据自身经营和客户风险状况等因素，自主确定。
