On May 28th, Tree (@Tree_of_Alpha) posted that there is a malicious Aggr plugin in the Chrome store, which will steal all cookies on all websites visited by users, and 2 months ago someone paid some influential people to promote it. Previously @doomxbt lost money on Binance.
Tree warns that Chrome plugins are almost as bad as running an executable directly, and only install plugins that are absolutely necessary after careful review.
