On May 28, the Hong Kong-listed company Xinhuo Technology announced that it will sell all the claimed rights and interests for 107.8% of the original claim amount of FTX, totaling 19.50 million US dollars. The announcement stated that Hbit Limited as the seller and Ceratosaurus Investors, L.L.C. as the buyer. The seller has agreed to sell and the buyer has agreed to purchase all the rights, titles and interests of the seller in the FTX claim.
