On May 28th, Bitrue announced the launch of a brand new investment division, leveraging its six years of experience operating as a cryptocurrency exchange to help startups achieve product maturity, including capital investment, incubation advice, product development expertise, marketing support, industry connections, and more. The new investment fund, called Bitrue Ventures, plans to invest between $50,000 and $200,000 per project based on project needs, with no limit on the number of investable projects. Projects that successfully launch their products will also be able to list their tokens on the Bitrue exchange and take advantage of its integrated marketing services.
The VC fund plans to look for potential projects across all Web3 sub-sectors, initially focusing on AI and RWA projects. A round of pilot funding has been completed, with funding allocated to Cardano-based projects WingRiders and Liqwid Finance.
