On May 28, Nate Geraci, president of The ETF Store, wrote: "No one knows exactly when the SEC will approve the spot Ethereum ETFS-1 (registration statement), but I expect it to be approved in the next few weeks. Two to three months at most. It's just a matter of how long the SEC wants to delay."
