SlowMist founder Cosine tweeted that yesterday, a user was poached by the old fishing gang Inferno Drainer for nearly $7 million of ETH re-pledged assets through permit offline authorization signature. Today, the operating gang (accounting for 80% of the fishing share) actually refunded. This rare move may be because they got the chips and chose the refund and bounty model.
According to Scam Sniffer, the victim paid a 20% (362 ETH) bounty and recovered 80% (1,445 ETH) of the stolen funds.
