Montenegro court refuses to extradite Do Kwon to South Korea

A court in Montenegro on Friday quashed an order to extradite Do Kwon, who is wanted in South Korea in connection with the multibillion-dollar collapse of the Terra company. The case will be returned to "the court of first instance for rehearing and decision," the Montenegro appeals court said in a statement.
