SEC批准现货以太坊ETF关键文件，正式上市可能还需数周

5月24日讯，美国证交会（SEC）批准了多个现货以太坊ETF的19b-4表格，其中包括贝莱德、富达和灰度的ETF。虽然这些表格已获批，但ETF发行人需要在其S-1注册声明生效后才能开始交易。SEC最近才开始与发行商就其S-1表格进行对话，目前还不清楚这一过程需要多长时间。分析师James Seyffart说：“我认为，如果他们非常努力地工作，可能会在几周内完成，但历史上这个过程需要3个月以上的例子比比皆是。”
