Montenegro's Justice Minister Andrej Milovic has discussed the investigation of Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon with Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) officials, including enforcement director Gurbir Grewal. As of press time, Do Kwon remains in Montenegro, where courts are considering extradition requests from the United States and South Korea.
