On May 23rd, Ava Labs founder and CEO Emin Gün Sirer tweeted that Avalanche will undergo major upgrades this year, including HyperSDK (single-instruction blockchain startup tool), decoupled SMR (TPS above 100,000), multi-dimensional fees (fee isolation), ACP77 (sovereign blockchain, large "merger" of upgraded subnets).
