According to the news, Apple has notified Telegram that it has been warned for Telegram's violation of Article 4.7 and Article 3.1.1 of the App Review Rules, namely that it accepts payments and services from customers without using Apple's internal purchase mechanism.
According to the report, users will be able to purchase Stars through shopping tools in the App Store and Google Play, and may be charged a 30% commission for the service. Developers will be able to withdraw the token in TON.
