A Nigerian court has postponed a tax evasion case against Binance executives until next month after authorities failed to bring Tigran Gambaryan, the Binance executive charged in the case, to court on Wednesday.
Neither Nigerian authorities nor Binance have offered an explanation for Tigran Gambaryan's absence. Moses Ideho, a lawyer at the Inland Revenue Service, said Gambaryan was expected to be taken to court by the Nigerian Prison Service. Judge Emeka Nwite then set June 14 as the date for possible arraignment of Binance and Gambaryan.
