5月22日消息，VanEck 数字研究主管资产 Matthew Sigel 于 Spaces 发文称，“我们是第一个提交（以太坊现货 ETF 申请）的，也希望成为第一个收到回应并在第一批上市的公司。提交申请的时间曾经很重要，现在也应该如此（相对于 SEC 允许所有人同一天提交，这偏袒了大公司）。”
今日早些时候，据 DTCC 数据显示，资管集团 VanEck 推出的以太坊现货 ETF“VANECK ETHEREUM TR SHS”（代码为 ETHV）已在 DTCC（美国证券集中保管结算公司）网站列出，创建/赎回（Create/Redeem）一栏显示为 N。
