映宇宙拟寻求股东批准进行总金额不超过1亿美元的加密货币购买

映宇宙(03700)发布公告，由于董事会相信加密货币的潜力，且投资加密货币对集团的Web3.0业务发展战略及资产配置策略至关重要，经审慎考量后，董事会建议寻求股东事先批准授出购买授权，以授予董事会权力以在授权期间(即自股东于股东周年大会上正式通过购买授权及潜在加密货币购买的普通决议案之日起计十二个月)进行潜在加密货币购买，惟总金额不超过1亿美元。
