On May 22, according to the Aave Official Governance Forum, Chaos Labs initiated an ARFC proposal to increase the supply and borrowing caps of some AaveV3 assets on Arbitrum, including:
Increase the WETH supply ceiling from 84,000 to 100,000 and the borrowing ceiling from 72,000 to 90,000.
Increase the USDC supply cap from 200 million to 300 million and the borrowing cap from 180 million to 270 million.
Increase the WBTC supply ceiling from 4,200 to 5,000, and maintain the borrowing ceiling at 1,100.
If the proposal is approved by the community, Chaos Labs will advance and implement these updates through the Risk Steward process.
