Nigeria hires new expert to reform blockchain policy committee

On May 22, Nigeria's National Information Technology Development Authority (NITDA) restructured the National Blockchain Policy Steering Committee (NBP-SC) to reassess the policies that guide the implementation of the national blockchain policy. NITDA Director-General Kashifu Inuwa said the reform is to keep pace with blockchain innovation and expand its reach by engaging more stakeholders, promoting full adoption and successful implementation.
