厦门调整住房公积金贷款首付款比例

5月22日讯，厦门市住房公积金中心发布关于调整住房公积金贷款首付款比例的通知。其中明确，申请住房公积金贷款购买本市首套住房的，最低首付款比例为15%；申请住房公积金贷款购买本市第二套住房的，最低首付款比例为25%。政策自2024年5月22日起执行。购买新建商品住房的，以提交商品房买卖合同网签时间为准；购买二手住房的，以市不动产登记中心窗口受理时间为准。
