On May 22nd, Solana ecosystem DEXJupiter announced the official launch of the Giant Unified Market initiative, which aims to bring Meme coins, real-world assets (RWA), stocks, and foreign exchange assets to the Solana chain and index them on Jupiter.
Jupiter also launched the GUM Alliance and will work with partners over the next few months to accomplish three main tasks: bringing more assets to Solana; creating liquid marketplaces for those assets; and integrating those marketplaces into Jupiter and promoting its adoption.
