On May 21, Dune data showed that as of May 2, the number of new addresses for the Ethereum domain name service ENS was only 757, while the number of new addresses for ENS in April reached 44,590, setting the second highest record in the past year. In addition, the number of ".eth" domain name registrations in ENS so far in May exceeded 23,000, higher than the level in March this year. Previously, Vitalik Buterin posted on the X platform: "ens is our most successful non-financial application, I don't know why more people don't care about it!"
