国家发改委：去年增发的1万亿国债相关资金已全部下达到地方

5月21日讯，国家发展改革委举行5月份新闻发布会，发言人介绍，去年增发的1万亿国债是专门用于支持以京津冀为重点的华北等地区灾后恢复重建和提升减灾救灾能力的建设，相关的资金已经在今年2月前全部下达到各个地方。
