According to the official news, the neo-cli V3.7.4 update was applied to the T5 testnet on May 17 and will be implemented on the mainnet on May 24.
This version upgrades secp256k1 signature verification in CryptoLib native contracts, supports custom witness verification based on and Keccak256, supports Lambda and Linq in devpack, adds multiple Neo contract examples in devpack, and supports calling application logs from the command line in neo-cli.
