该版本升级CryptoLib原生合约中的secp256k1签名验证、支持基于和Keccak256的自定义见证验证、在devpack中支持Lambda和Linq、在devpack中添加多个Neo合约示例、支持在neo-cli中通过命令行调用应用程序日志。
