LayerZero co-founder and CEO Bryan Pellegrino posted on the X platform that the bounty process will reopen in the next day or two, and he believes that many problems can be solved by adopting a better structure than GitHub issues (reports will not be deleted) and adding a "margin" (possibly 0.02 ETH).
