A new address 26 million BLZ from Binance

According to on-chain analyst Ember, BLZs have fallen 16% in 19 hours since 9 PM last night. Since the beginning of the decline, 26 million BLZs (8.14 million USD) have been withdrawn from Binance by 3 newly created addresses (which should belong to the same person/institution).
