Venture capital firm Greenlite Ventures announced that it has signed an acquisition agreement with Web3 fantasy sports development company No Limit Technology. The acquisition is expected to be completed after 30-45 days of due diligence. The specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed. No Limit Technology developed the fantasy sports platform Daily Fantasy Sports to take full advantage of blockchain efficiency and cryptocurrency. Currently, decentralized crypto wallets and smart contracts have been integrated into its gaming platform. The company says it strictly adheres to domestic and foreign compliance requirements.
