央行：如未来房地产市场供求关系发生较大改变，人民银行将及时恢复执行房贷利率政策下限

5月17日讯，人民银行副行长陶玲5月17日在国务院政策例行吹风会上表示，此次决定不再设置全国层面首套房和二套房贷款利率政策下限，对于一线城市和部分热点城市，城市政府仍可因地施策，自主决定当地房贷利率政策下限。如未来房地产市场供求关系发生较大改变，人民银行将及时恢复执行政策下限或指导城市政府恢复政策下限，以调节供需。取消房贷利率政策下限后，商业银行可根据客户风险状况自主决定利率水平实现房贷利率市场化。
