Jupiter now allows users to cancel some of their staked JUP tokens

Solana Ecosystem DEX Jupiter has made two governance mechanism optimizations based on user feedback. One is to allow users to partially unpledge a JUP and vote while retaining a portion of the pledge. In addition, to give users more time to learn about the content of the proposal, a new timer has been added to the voting page, which requires waiting a few minutes to vote after opening the proposal.
