On May 17th, Popsicle Network co-founder Irvin Cardenas said on his social platform that Popsicle Network and MultiAdaptive jointly launched the first Solana VM rollup open source technology framework, and the technology implementation white paper has also been released. Popsicle Network is a BTC two-layer technology stack for building Multi-VM rollups, with a shared security layer.
